The room was clean and the food was fantastic and all in all it was a very good weekend see you next year
Room was good. Clean and ready for check-in. Staff was friendly. Service was a little slow at the bar and the front landscaping needs some attention. All in all it was a good room at a great price!
Ok, let's start out with our bathroom sink being plugged all night, letting the front desk know in the morning, go to softball tourney ALL day...still plugged at 7:00pm!! Then let's discuss the elevator NOT working, the ice machine on 3rd floor not working!! What a joke!! We have stayed here for quite a few state tourneys and this is the worst stay!!
I stay at a lot of hotels with my grand kid activities. This is truly the top of the line hotel and my suite 301 was absolutely amazing.
Dislike. Pool/hot tub green. Needs chemicals. Poolside smelled of dog poo. I can't believe it. Be prepare to put your bags in the trunk when you leave and wash even if you didn't wear.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They support our military. I would recommend this hotel!
