My shower faucet was broken. They did fix it. Despite knowing our meetings got out at 5pm and 60 people would want to check in at once they only had 1 person working the desk. Catered lunch was cold cuts. Don’t stay poolside if you want sleep.
Bed bugs! I checked out within 20 minutes of checking in. Always check your beds when at a motel!! The Staff didn't seem concerned when I informed them why I was checking out. No apology, just a few clicks on the keyboard and a 'you're set to go'. My skin is still crawling.
Worse place to stay.. can’t even get all the breakfast.. came down at 745am breakfast runs til 930am and I was told they were not refilling anything and had taken the waffle maker away already.. very upset kids I had! Then the front desk girl and the kitchen worker were talking trash about me in Spanish for being upset should probably make sure the person don’t know Spanish before you talk about them!
They can’t seem to get a reservation right. This is the third year in a row that we’ve had problems with our rooms during the state fair

Great location for an appointment that I had in Huron. Very roomy suite. Restaurant/bar in hotel was very convenient and great. I will stay here again.
