Most horrible grooming place I have ever seen. My friend took her 12 yr old tiny rescue dog in for grooming by Eileen. Dog was in fine shape before, but this groomer was so incompetent, that they jabbed scissors into the dogs eye and dog had to have surgery to have eye removed. So very sad that this little dog now has only one eye due to the carelessness of this groomer. If you value your dog , don't ever take them to Crossroads grooming.
We have used Crossroads Grooming for 13 years. I have a couple of times gotten a groupon and used a different groomer- Crossroads is by far the best. Very caring and kind individuals.
They do a great job with our poodle Josie!!! Highly recommend!! Great people too.
