I am honestly shocked that this place has a 5.0 rating. That is exactly what enticed me to visit them in the first place, but I regret it every single day. I strongly advise avoiding Crossroads Family Dental. My actual dental experience was terrible. The cleaning I received was incredibly painful, and I left the office in so much pain. All they seemed to do was aggressively scrub my teeth and gums with a sharp object. This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Huang provided a very thorough examination and carefully explained every detail. She planned my treatments based on my insurance coverage, prioritizing urgent needs and scheduling non-urgent procedures for next year. I had two front teeth fillings done, and it was completely painless and very quick! Everyone at the clinic was also incredibly kind and gentle.
