I am honestly shocked that this place has a 5.0 rating. That is exactly what enticed me to visit them in the first place, but I regret it every single day. I strongly advise avoiding Crossroads Family Dental. My actual dental experience was terrible. The cleaning I received was incredibly painful, and I left the office in so much pain. All they seemed to do was aggressively scrub my teeth and gums with a sharp object. This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Huang provided a very thorough examination and carefully explained every detail. She planned my treatments based on my insurance coverage, prioritizing urgent needs and scheduling non-urgent procedures for next year. I had two front teeth fillings done, and it was completely painless and very quick! Everyone at the clinic was also incredibly kind and gentle. Dr. Huang is accepting new patients, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Both she and her hygienist were so kind and welcoming. They explained my procedure clearly and went over the details and costs upfront, which really put me at peace of mind. I felt very comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend her!
