Friendly staff, great service.
Quite literally the most terrible experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. First and foremost they told me my appointment was at 12:30 when it was at 12. Then I went in and they didn’t even check to verify my insurance they said “worse case scenario you’ll just pay $79” instead of asking me if I even wanted to get serviced if I wasn’t covered by insurance. Meanwhile I went on my insurance APP to find them a week ago. Then I was taken back still not sure why my DENTAL insurance plan didn’t cover a basic routine visit. Poked aro... read more
