Wonderful pain relief! Wish I had known sooner I had lower back pain causing pain down my left leg for 8 years. I had seen 7 different doctors or physical therapists for it. Later, while pregnant, three vertibrae went out of place feeling like three broken ribs. I was referred to Kaplan who not only fixed the three vertibrae problem, but that long lingering lower back issue. I cannot express how delighted I am to be pain free these days. A good, solid chiropractor Dr. Kaplan is a really easygoing chiropractor. He is very nice if you’re late or need to reschedule close to your appointment. There is usually very little wait time to see him and the adjustment is very quick. He is also ready to give you exercises to do between adjustments to keep yourself healthy and aligned. And he’s ready to repeat those exercises if you forget what they were.
