Instead of immediately treating my cat who was extremely dehydrated, it was more important to get the 2 grand deposit, even though I had authorized immediated testing of sugar and dehydration and treatment when I walked in the door. The fact that they took over an hour and still waited and had not done any treatment until I left proves to me it is all about money and not the wellfare of the animal. I have seen other vets with my dogs at this same er vet who immediately were treated, but, not by this vet tonight. Seriously, W... read more

Thanks to Dr. Coe and the team at Crossroads for taking such good care of my girl, Lu. I came home from work and my basset hound looked like she had a "pinch between her cheek and gum." After a quick look at home, I knew we needed some help. I called Crossroads. Angie invited me to bring in my dog. When we arrived, Lu was taken right back for exam and evaluation. Our experience with Crossroads was super. They spoke showing concern about our Bear, they explained the procedure before and after his surgery, they explained more than once the after care, and they answered all my questions with true patience. Love the place, but never want to have to go back!!!
