There aren't enough words in the world to adequately convey how I feel about Dr. Olson and the staff at Crossroads Animal Care Center. They are caring and compassionate experts in animal care. We have been clients of Dr. Olson's for over 30 years. Everyone at this facility treats our dogs like they were their pets. We drive from Alexandria to Lake Ridge because we would never entrust the health of our 2 dogs to any other primary care veterinarian. Great place. Been taking my pets here for a long time. Dr. Olsen and Dr. Neff are amazing. Wouldn't let another vet care for my furbabies.
I so give crossroads the best raiting!! They call the next day or 2 to ask how ur pet is, that is amazing
