RecommendedExcellent service with very gentle and caring vets and other personnel. They offer high quality pet care and want the best for all animals. I have used Crossroads for many years With several pets.
We have had occasion to take Zoey cat to CACC twice - once for an appointment and once in a more urgent circumstance. Both times we received great care and attention. The staff all obviously care about both their animal patients and the human family...we were always seen in a timely fashion and received compassionate care. The animal rescue agency from which we got out cat used this practice, and our personal experience only reinforces that we will stay here. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.
I cannot thank the staff enough for doing what they did for my dog. I am new to the area and they treated us as if they’ve known us forever! Thank you thank you thank you! Highly recommended!! Dr. French is amazing!!!
The staff is kind, thorough and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable to bring your furry family member there for treatment.

I love Crossroads! Henry loves Dr. French! He was quite taken with her. She addressed his issue so kindly. Dr. Neff and Dr. Olson are wonderful, too. But let me say something about the great staff of Crossroads. For instance. Marianne is professional but so very kind. I've known her for years and think the world of her. The rest of the staff are simply amazing!
Modern facilities, very good staff personnel and doctors.
The staff is always friendly and courteous. Been going there since it opened. We have had 2 cats seen at Crossroads and 2 dogs! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else! (And I've been to others!)
