They are the best vets ever. My dogs have seen Dr. Neff since they were puppies. They adore him. He's very gentle and genuinely caring. They have seen the other Veterinarians here on occasion and they are also wonderful. I have referred them to several families and all were very pleased with Crossroads.
Wow I love this place Dr Neff is awsome., and tech Lacy. There are very through all. My dog had fallen down steps and factored 2 parts of his left side pelvis. They explained everything pro and cons, of doing pain management. They are very caring people and it's more then a job to them. Colleen (Smokey Collier)
Dr Neff is wonderful. Our Cocker was suffering with horrible ear issues.Within a week he doing so much better. Welcoming office, plenty of space in waiting room, helpful staff.
We've been going to Crossroads for 16 years. Doctor Olson took such great loving care of our Golden Retriever until he passed at 15 years. He did the same for our Black Lab from puppy until he passed at 15 years. He's taken care of our 12 year old Black Lab from puppy and is seeing him through the current medical issues he is having. When we get our Golden Retriever pup in February he'll be taking care of him. I take my dog Obie here and they have been nothing short of awesome with him! I would recommend them to anyone! We have seen both Dr. Olson and Dr. Vine and both were wonderful with him.
I have been going to see Dr Olsen for over 12 years! Great staff, it's clean I have and of course my pups have always been well taking care of by them. I have referred a lot of my friends and clients to them!!
We love Crossroads! Especially Dr. Neff. He's just wonderful! And the entire staff is very kind and helpful. Crossroads is also always clean and comfortable. And they have a huge waiting room!
