Crosspoint did a great job. Our project manager, Mike, made this experience worthwhile. He was very communicative and responsive. Our bathrooms and laundry room turned out beautifully.
The word ideal applies here. The whole team and especially the project manager Mike made this experience a pleasure and a crowning success. From beginning to end with a fine attention to detail; anticipating any hurdles that might arise; dealing with the city; able to pivot on a dime; adding in special requests late in the process; working as an inclusive team; listening to input every step of the way; A true collaboration. These are people you want on your team.
We did a pretty major remodel last year and absolutely love how it turned out (before and after pictures included). Selecting a contractor wasn't an easy process. We have very high expectations and needed to be sure whoever we hired could meet them. After meeting with the Crosspoint team we found them to be extremely professional, transparent, honest, and with a proven track record of outstanding results.
