Very useless, does not help at all. Don't come unless you want to waste your money.
I come here strictly because it’s free through insurance. Dr. Sparks does not answer my questions which is super frustrating. I do not feel like I’m looped in or in any control of my health care. This office is completely unprofessional down to the way they dress. Parking is also a nightmare, as to be expected in any downtown location and crossover doesn’t validate parking for the garage they’re attached to. It has taken me two weeks to get a doctor's referral for my biopsy!! They process things very slowly. Staff can not be reached easily since they mostly work virtually and don't check their message very often. I'm so disappointed with this clinic.
