I had a great visit with Dr. Ashley Sparks. She is wonderful and really takes her time to make sure patients feel comfortable and have all of their questions answered. The staff here are all very nice and friendly, from the moment that I called to schedule my appointment, to check in to the nursing team, everyone was helpful and very nice. I even got my blood drawn by the clinic manager, and she was able to make sure that it didn’t hurt. This is a very unreliable clinic. While I had a great experience with staff during my visit in the last 2 years, when I reach out to them they are not very responsive. I went 2 weeks ago for annual exam and I got my test results last week and I am yet to hear back anything from them on it. I have sent multiple messages about it and have not received any response. I would not trust them in case you are looking for a reliable medical clinic with a reliable support.
Dr. Sparks is an amazing physician, and the entire care team here is outstanding including the physician assistants, and the staff. They are all friendly, patient, and make you feel completely comfortable. In so many clinics things feel rushed, but Dr. Sparks actually took the full hour for my annual visit, listened carefully, had a real conversation, and went above and beyond. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention this team provides.
I really appreciate Dr. Sparks approach- she makes me feel validated in my concerns and feels like the first real provider I’ve had in a long time who seems like they genuinely care about their patients.
would like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Kelvin Wong and his amazing team Najah Jewel, Avril Garcia, and others whose names I may have missed.
