I have been a patient of Crossings since it opened. Always have liked my dentist and dental hygienist Diane. But yesterday evening I had a 6 pm appointment for a cleaning with a new hygienist and a dentist that wanted to leave early. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. Heather the new hygienist was annoyed that I had requested topical numbing gel to be applied to my gums just like all the previous visits I had . RecommendedI have horrible teeth, bad genetics and scary dentist stories, but I can say I’m now in good hands at Crossings! I also started having my 10 year old start going here instead of a “children’s clinic” because they are just as fabulous with little humans! ☺️❤️❤️❤️ I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dental office that gives great service to all their patients!
