I applied to this complex a little over two weeks ago. I had called to check on my application several times. After about a week of calling and emailing I finally got a response. I was denied by the third party rent grow. After speaking to someone in the office they let me know I was denied by the third party site they use. I recently applied to The Crossing Apartments and was denied — not because I’m unqualified, but because of a flawed screening process handled by RentGrow.
