Lived there for 8 years.. being a single mother with two growing boys they wouldn't accommodate me into a larger unit. Issues with the AC for years until it finally got replaced. Wouldn't replace my carpet after years or wear and tear. Woman that took over the place does the bare minimum for the communit/ long term tenants. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star.
I try to call 3 times and nothing
I have lived here 1 1/2 .dirty, garbage all over never gets cleaned up, griffine on buildings, dead bushes, when I moved in, I had bugs bad cabinets and closets dirty. I have cleaned up inside, and around my place but I am to embarrassed to have people over. And the rent is not cheap
