It was a pleasure meeting Eli, made me feel as if i was at my home gym. Great atmosphere.
Eli is amazing! I’m working through a lot of setbacks in my fitness journey, and she really is patient with me and guides me through it safely!
Coach Michael was great! Showed me around the gym and walked me through everything. Always wildcard dropping in for an open, WOD. He led us through a great WU and offered tips on how to succeed. Had a blast with 25.3 and the 530 class :)
