Dropped in for a workout. Coach Michael was great in getting me familiar with the gym and encouraging me through out the workout. Really glad I dropped in.

Came as a drop in from Sioux Falls, SD. Excellent instructor and great place to drop in. Close to Aulani!
Coach Liz had Solid coaching cues at the right time. Throughout explanation of each step of every movement without over complicating or confusing us. Motivational when you need it. The workout was also easy to understand and follow, which helped.
