Great challenging workouts and knowledgeable encouraging staff and members!
This place is amazing! I started coming here freshman year of college and no place has made a new town feel more like home than CFWA has. The coaches here are wondering and always push you to do your best. Mo has helped me so much to overcome some of my difficult mental weaknesses to help me so I could continue to be my best self. I am so happy to be a member at this gym and the community everyone here has worked to build.
