I have been doing crossfit now for 4 weeks and can honestly say that it is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. With the exercise, changing my eating habits and making sure I have plenty of water I have lost 8 pounds! Even more importantly, I feel great in mind and body! I am beyond happy with the results I have seen in just 4 weeks, and I know that without crossfit I would not be where I am today! I would highly recommend anyone to take the voyage...
