Wonderful place to learn crossfit and a great place to grow. Friendly staff and athletes. Unfortunately I had to leave because of a move and I sure do miss everyone. Definitely one of the best box’s I’ve been to!!

I can't say enough how much the Crossfit Pre-School and Kids class has helped my girls. My oldest has had so much more body awareness which has translated into moving up 2 levels of gymnastics in just over 10 weeks! My other daughter's confidence level when it comes to even some basic movements (jumping with 2 feet, balancing and coordinated movements) has grown exponentially. If you are looking for something new or to compliment the sports your kids are already playing Crossfit is the perfect choice!
