Fun crowd to get fit with! After the I initial rust getting knocked off it becomes addicting
Wow, this is my first CrossFit gym I've attended and am blown away by the trainers knowledge and understanding of newbies to the sport. The sense of community I feel is amazing. I really see myself growing stronger and making this my home.
