RecommendedJust joined CFV and really enjoying it. The atmosphere is very true to the crossfit culture, the people and the coaches are friendly and super welcoming, you feel like you're a part of something! The class times are the best and most frequent out of all that we've checked out! CF is super important to us, so we literally checked out all in the surrounding area. The programming is pretty cool so far and the coaches are good, would def recommend this place! Excited to be a new member :)
I have worked out at around 8+ CrossFit boxes around the country. I have not seen such level of coaching and programming. It can been seen in the improvement of gym athletes. Apart from amazing coaches and programming, level of support and family oriented environment makes it least intimidating gym in the world ;) Every time I have hit my personal records the cheering from elite athletes and everyday people was loud and uplifting. Approaching 1 year anniversary with CrossFit Veracity. The daily workouts get me out of bed but it's the coaches and fellow crossfitters who keep me coming back...a wonderful community of fitness minded folks across all ages. Give it a shot for 1 month. You will be sore in a few spots but never disappointed.
A gym can have all the excellent equipments but a gym is not considered a gym if the coaches are terrible. CV is both for beginners. Intermediate and advanced. I love going to Leo's class because he is an amazing coach excellent instructor. He is also the owner of the place. Highly recommend crossfit veracity because I get the work out that I have been looking for. Super happy that I joined! -Kat
