I don't even live here and I love this place. Owner is a legit good human being and the coaching here is great. I live in DE but travel to this area for work often. Coworker recommended this location and I go every time i'm in town. Go get your sweat on and have a great time doing it.
I absolutely love this place and the people who are a part of it. Such a welcoming place and you can't help but feel like family!! Not to mention the workouts...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! Gary, You are the man with the crossfit plan! Ha! Thanks for all of your support!!!
RecommendedWe found Crossfit Unsung by researching boxes in the Poway area since we're visiting family during the holidays. What drew us in was the flexible drop in rates and the ease in which we could sign up. A lot of places make the visitor process super difficult, but not here! We absolutely loved the coaches and the community atmosphere here! The people are all so nice and friendly. The equipment, top notch. We are so very sad to leave!! Next time we're in town, we will for sure be back! Thanks again!!
