Hard as it is the reason my husband and I keep coming back is because Gary Pennell is a great coach and the same goes for all the other coaches who promote camaraderie and a welcoming non judgmental environment.
Dropped in on my second day of vacation. Loved the atmosphere so much I signed up for the week. Very welcoming staff, great learning environment for all abilities.
Crossfit unsung is a great gym to go to everyone treats you like family and always welcoming great coaches that take time to help you scale or help you improve on your skill � and grow as a a crossfitter. When I first moved to California I tried out different crossfit gym around poway area and by far loved crossfit unsung. The coaches are always pushing you to reach your max and always push to do extra credit after each workout or go hiking on Sunday just for an extra push.
My go to gym when I'm in town. I've always felt welcome and really look forward to my SD trips! Thanks Gary!
