If I could give CrossFit Unrestrained in Pasco 6 stars, I totally would... but the app says five is the limit, so here we are. 😄 My son and I stumbled upon this place looking for a workout, and now we’re addicted. Honestly, who knew suffering could be so fun?! 🏋️♂️💪 The coaches? Absolute legends. They’re like fitness ninjas, sneaking up with perfect tips right when you need them. Need a little push? The BEST CrossFit gym i’ve ever been to!! It is a Nice and CLEAN gym! The trainers are super friendly and are patient with you. Love coming here!
Beautiful gym and great location; excited for more businesses to open up next door. Friendly staff and great peeps to get your sweat on. I like that the gym uses SugarWod for schedule, workouts, and punch passes; makes it easy for tracking etc.
The BEST!! I have been coming here for 10+ years, the coaches and community are what keep me coming back!! If you have never tried CrossFit, come to Unrestrained and give it a try, it is for everyone! Every movement can be scaled or adapted to your ability!
