Excellent place. Dropped in two days while in town for business. Coach and members very welcoming. Enjoyed the dynamic programming and instruction. Will definitely return next time I'm in town. Thank you :)
Dropped in today (March 9th, 2016) for the 6:00pm class. All around great facility and people. I had a chance to meet both the owners Jeff and Rochelle who have created a solid atmosphere. I was welcomed and introduced to multiple members before the class started by Toni and felt very comfortable the entire time. Sign-in was easy and you get a quality tri-blend shirt with your drop in. All around I will make this my box when visiting the area. I suggest any other travelers or full-time potential members to give it a visit.
Great group and good, attentive coaches. I've dropped in a few times while on business trips.
