Highly recommended! I joined to alternate strength training with cardio while preparing for the Cowbell half marathon, and it shaved a whole 20 minutes off my time from the prior year. The staff / coaches are warm and welcoming and extremely supportive of all skill levels. I was intimidated the first couple sessions but quickly realized there was no reason to be.
Love this place, the coaches are awesome and I’m constantly pushed outside my comfort zone in a good way.

I did the Transformation Academy and now Swift Classes, it is an awesome box, with awesome coaches, highly recommend for anyone that is serious about getting FIT!!!
I was nervous and intimidated before starting Transformation Academy, but I couldn’t be happier with how I felt after each session. The coaches are fantastic (not intimidating at all) and make sure you are ok while pushing you to your limits, to be your best you. I truly feel healthier and stronger in just these few weeks and am excited to keep pushing myself with Swift classes now!
Dropped in while in town for work. Great workout! Coach Oscar and the other members were very welcoming. Will definitely be back!
