I’m not a member, but I have dropped in on a few “bring a friend” classes and the work outs are amazing!! I always feel like I’m going to die in a good way! Killer workouts 👍🏼

Dropped in at a 4:00 class with Oscar. Great warm up and great WOD. Everyone was super nice. Amazing box. Super clean and great equipment. Definitely worth the drive to St. Charles if you are in the St. Louis area.
coaches are knowledgeable in the gym , very motivational . they have a real passion for what they do. I would recommend to anyone to check it out
