Since 2006, CFTO has been the place where ordinary people get extraordinarily fit. We are focused on individuals, not huge groups. We keep classes small enough to get to know you and coach you personally, but big enough to be fun and competitive. Try CrossFit for FREE! Wednesday Yoga at 7:30PM by Sara is amazing. It really take care of my soreness and energize for next 5 crossfit sessions. If you are sore or feeling tired, please join the yoga session.
Wednesday night yoga was amazing! I woke up Thursday without joint pain for the first time in a very long time. I highly recommend this class as an integral part of your CrossFit training. You owe it to yourself. Be there!
