Andy worked with me to scale a workout that could allow me to grow. 12 weeks in and I'm loving it! Great coaches and people to encourage you to succeed!
Coach Andy has a great ability to encourage and push/stretch people to go beyond their current fitness level. I not only appreciate Andy, but all the members who support and encourage each other to keep improving. By attending CFTC I have become stronger and significantly healthier.
Still a newbie to this CrossFit thing, but all the trainers and other members have been great! Very supportive, patient and encouraging!!
