Becoming a member of CrossFit Sworn was the best decision I have ever made for my physical and metal well being. It is a community of wonderful people that cheer you on and encourage you when you feel you cannot do more. The nutrition coaches have been an important part of my journey too!

CrossFit seems like the most intimidating thing ever until you’ve been to CrossFit Sworn! The coaches and members of CrossFit Sworn have been extremely welcoming and supportive. I recommend coming to our gym for anyone who is scared, intimidated, or even thinking about giving CrossFit a try!
Moving from a box in Colorado to Indy I was afraid that I wouldn’t find the same community that I had in Colorado. When I tried out Sworn I was amazing at the community and family feel that the box offers. Great programming and workouts and the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive!
