My 2 friends and I were in meetings in Salt Lake this week. We wanted to do CrossFit and came to your box. The trainer was freaking awesome, encouraging, supportive, nice, motivating. The box was clean and had an awesome vibe. We will always come to SpearHead when we come to SLC!
