It's always a great workout at Spearhead. I really appreciate them supporting the veterans community by hosting Team RWB on Thursday evenings.

I was in town for the week for business and randomly chose Crossfit Spearhead for a workout. I planned to try a few boxes out while I was here but loved this one so much I came back all week. I felt so welcomed by the members and the coaches, everyone was great. I'm actually sad tomorrow is my last day here, as I enjoyed my time at Crossfit Spearhead so much! Highly recommend!!!!
I have made fun of cross fit for years. Thought the people that did it were weird and just throwing weights and screaming a lot, boy was I wrong. From the moment I walked into SpearHead I felt welcomed and all my thoughts of cross fit were diminished. The hardest part, walking in the front door and trying it yourself.
Let's just say I look forward to our WOD's. Coaches are friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable asking for help and box members are awesome! They welcomed me with open arms.
I've probably worked out at two dozen Crossfit gyms and this is my favorite. Dallin & Co are great coaches and have built a fun, supportive community.
