I've only been twice, and other than not knowing all of the workouts or general workings of the gym, this place is great!! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Mike and Sarah are amazing, and I am more than likely going to keep coming even after this challenge is over.
This place is amazing Mike and Sara are so wonderful in their passion to drive you to your goals. They have created a place where you come to be encouraged and over come!
Everyone was very welcoming and encouraging. I felt just like I was at the gym I normally train at even though I'd never been to south valley before. This is a great place for anyone just interested in trying crossfit out or for those who are traveling and are looking for a great gym to drop in at and feel right at home while you work out.
It's truly the people that make this box what it is! Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming! They push you to do things correctly. I was new to Crossfit and they have always been happy to answer questions, and help me grow. (I ask a LOT of questions)All the trainers and owners have been awesome to help out. They push you hard, but also teach you to listen to your body. These people got me hooked, and I can't say enough about the safe, fun environment they make every class out to be.
Love it! Everyone there is so nice I love that they know how to motivate you!!
Excellent box to workout at, the owner is super nice, great coaching staff and always a warm welcome! Wods were perfect!
