Best full service gym in the city. Something for everyone.
This week marks my one year anniversary as a member of Solace and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellness. Prior to joining, I constantly heard unjustified commentary about why Crossfit was a bad idea, that is was horrible for the body in the long run, that it had a so-called “cultish” atmosphere — the list goes on and on. I abso-fucking-lutely LOVE this place!!! The Crossfit coaches are amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and always there to help and push you. My mobility has improved tremendously and I've never felt so challenged and so motivated to improve on everything! They also have yoga, sculpt, and HIIT classes. Body (HIIT) classes are fun and challenging, specially for those who love to work up a good sweat. Aside from the workouts, the community in this place is amazing.
