Solace welcomed me with open arms and gave great communication when enquiring about coming in for a session.They allowed me to do my own training and also join one of the classes with no hesitation. The Rogue equipment was like new throughout there gym. Showers and lockers were also provided which is a rarity within CrossFit boxes. Definitely recommended.
