I started CrossFit in January at Solace. I joined thinking I was strong-- but I was so wrong! Today, I'm SO much stronger than I was that very first WOD-- and continue to get even stronger, every day! The programming at Solace is exciting, challenging and effective. And the Founders + Coaches are all genuine, attentive and extremely helpful. The sense of community at our box is amazing-- pushing + encouraging each other through every single WOD. I couldn't have asked to be part of a better box.
