Dropped in today for my 74th different drop in and really enjoyed the class. The staff up front was really welcoming and friendly, everything was clean and organized but the best part was the class. Megan brought everyone together, explained everything thoroughly, made it a welcoming environment and she obviously knows her stuff by the way she explained, demonstrated and cue'd people throughout the class. Great drop-in experience. Thanks again
Good experince. I wish there were more dynamic warmup. And not just specific warmup. Overall very good and friendly.
I dropped in for a few days while in NYC for work and really enjoyed it. The members and coaches were very friendly. I picked up some good tips from Chelsea and Adam. The facility is top notch as well. Looking forward to dropping in again soon!
Wife and I dropped in three times on vacation this week. Wonderful and clean facility, knowledgeable coaches who watch for form and provide real time advice, great equipment and space, friendly members. Will definitely visit again.
