CrossFit Santa Barbara is exactly what you want your training experience to be. Training and nothing but training. :-) Tyler is an awesome coach. He has kept me on track for the last year. My core strength is increased, I've lost weight and lost inches. I feel so energetic! I highly recommend his personal training and his classes. Tyler and his team of trainers are accommodating, inspiring and professional.
The ONLY place we drop in when we are back home visiting family & friends! Tyler is always so welcoming & the programming is legit!
