At CrossFit Santa Barbara, we believe the true value of fitness is in working towards a happier, healthier life. We're here to teach our members how to use our equipment to do just that, whether it's barbells, dumbbells, pull-up bars, kettlebells, or jump ropes. We're more than a gym: Our box is a supportive community. We work out together, and in time you'll think of your fellow members as friends. One member's success belongs to us all -- that mutual support is what drives us to achieve more than we ever could on our own.

Dropped in for a week, my first day was on a (Saturday) when I came in was meet with friendly staff. Everyone introducing themselves to me, making me feel as if I was at my regular gym. During the classes the coaches will stop you if they see you doing any movements wrong, adjust your posture to insure you will not hurt yourself. I would recommend anyone that wants a good workout with friendly people through out the gym to stop in, and I promise you will continue going as I did.

Dropped in from Seattle. Great little gym and seems like a really great community. Coaches and members were friendly and welcoming, the workout was perfectly disgusting, and the facility was clean and well equipped. Thanks for a great class, Matt and Casey! We had a ball... 150 of them, actually. 😂
