CFSB has become my home away from home....away from home�. The coaches, Naomi, Casey, Janyce and Rachel have all had an active and positive influence on my growth as a CF athlete. Their corrections are instructional and encouraging. Somehow we manage to have fun, laugh, and put in serious work all the while believing that we can be even better than we were yesterday.
I was in town for a week and had found CFSB on-line prior to arriving in Santa Barbara. Naomi helped me signed up ahead of time, which made it all very easy. Once in town, I just showed up at the box and jumped right in. I worked out three mornings and I really liked it! Both coaches (Rachel and Naomi) and the CFSB members were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The am classes were not over crowded, so there were a lot of individual attention given to each of us.
