Have been going here for more than a year.. Great coaches and crowd.. Highly inspiring to hit the gym regularly.. They take the extra effort to keep it safe.

I love this gym! Being new to Crossfit can be a little intimidating, but as a beginner at CRL I was fortunate to have multiple coaches who took the time to teach and break down all of the movements for each WOD. Finding crossfit round lake was the best thing to ever happen to me. I was very nervous at first to join CRL because I was by myself, but every single person and the coaches are so welcoming and supportive it's amazing. Since joining I've been able to do things I've never thought possible and now I couldn't imagine my life without it. I would reccomend CRL to anyone and everyone!!
