Amazing facility, the classes are awesome, great instructors and all the members are all willing to help eachother. Glad to have found such a great spot to help train for Spartans/OCRs and make some friends along the way

Great workouts. The Coaches are very experienced and helpful. Lots of awesome energy in the place. Everyone is very supportive. Great place to work out if you want to improve yourself.
I've experienced 3 different CrossFit boxes before joining CRL. No other box has come close to the sense of community and positive atmosphere that CRL has. What's more, CRL has coached me through some trying times and I know they can do the same for you. A bad car accident left me with a broken neck and a permanent subluxation in my cervical spine.
