Crossfit Rockwall has been a life changer for me! I joined about 7 months ago and I feel terrific. I have not only found an exercise routine that I love but have changed my diet and attitude as well. The people are wonderful. I have never worried about where I was or how much I had to lose. I just decided to get in shape and everything else fell into place. Best money I spend each month.Come join us! We love new faces!
I love visiting this box when I am in Rockwall. I love the new space & the community of people are so nice. & welcoming. I think they also have top notch coaching. I was very impressed.
