Great community of people which makes the workouts that much better. I had never worked out this hard before. I liked how the workouts are able to be scaled/tailored so you can be at any part of your fitness journey and still participate with people who have been coming for years.
CrossFit Rockwall is great. Have been a member for 2.5 years and still look forward to being there every afternoon. If you're looking for a great box in the area, I strongly recommend that you check this one out!
