I initially checked out this place because it was a Groupon, but quickly realized how great of a gym it was. The coaches are friendly as well as all the members. It was also nice that they figured out a way to accommodate me bringing my kiddos in a couple days a week so I could workout even more. There are tons of cf gyms near me, but I choose to drive 45 minutes to get to this one Bc it's amazing. Check it out and you'll see

These guys really know what they're doing! As a newbie with a "few" health issues, I didn't think I would be able to do anything crossfit. But they were able to work with my bad knees, ankles, spine, balance, etc. They keep a close eye on all their crossfitters and make sure each of us are on track and using proper technique. The WOD's are diverse and balanced. Quinton, Matt, & Meaghan are great trainers. They can make ANYONE a crossfitter!
