I can’t say enough good things about my experience at CrossFit Renaissance. As someone who was completely new to CrossFit and came in with a pretty limited skill level, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I started CrossFit a few months ago, and I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I do now. It has become one of my favorite parts of my routine! The coaches are amazing — they’re supportive, patient, and always take the time to explain the movements and help you improve your technique.
