This gym is great! I struggled with low back pain for years due to a horrible vehicle accident in my young 20's. After starting, in a few weeks my back pain was gone. I've been going for about 5 years now and it hasn't come back. Also, the group of people in this gym are amazing, supportive and friendly. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to make the positive lifestyle change to have a healthy body and mind.
