Our goal at CrossFit PR Star is to be an open and welcome community - we know that CrossFit can be intimidating! Any athlete, no matter what their fitness level, should enter a WOD (Workout of the Day) with an open mind and a sense of assurance that the coaches will make the correct modifications to fit that particular athlete's fitness level. Such a caring and supportive Box owner. There was recently a Hero WOD programmed that I knew I would go over the time cap and the owner stayed by my side and encouraged me to finish it out. One of the toughest WODs I've ever done, but Ryan believed in me and wouldn't let me quit. I wish my wife was as supportive as Ryan!!!
This box rocks. This is a place where you can become the best version of yourself while working out in a fun, friendly environment under the eye of knowledgeable coaches. It also offers something for everyone - from novice to kick ass competitive athletes and everywhere in between.
Was traveling and popped in for an Open workout and a class. Couldn't be more impressed. The community was great. Very welcoming and friendly. I interacted with at least four coaches and each was helpful in their own way. ... I appreciate their integrity. I got "no rep"ed (appropriately) at least seven times during the Open and it was done in a supportive, encouraging, supportive way. I like that accountability. Just a great place filled with great people.
I've tried a few different boxes and love how welcoming PR Star is. From the owners to the coaches to the athletes. Everyone always welcomes you plus they cheer you on during the workout! It's a great community. The coaches take the time to help you with your workout. Thanks PR Star!!
