Our goal at CrossFit PR Star is to be an open and welcome community - we know that CrossFit can be intimidating! Any athlete, no matter what their fitness level, should enter a WOD (Workout of the Day) with an open mind and a sense of assurance that the coaches will make the correct modifications to fit that particular athlete's fitness level. I could never imagine going anywhere but PR STAR! I have a crossfit opening walking distance from my house, but I will still drive the 10 miles or so there at 430 am to make my 5 am class because its the best and the people are like my family!!! Much love for this place!
