Our goal at CrossFit PR Star is to be an open and welcome community - we know that CrossFit can be intimidating! PR Star has been my home for fitness for nearly a year and a half. I can't imagine myself anywhere else. The coaching staff is extremely knowledgeable and great at working with individuals of all skill levels. The programming and equipment is unmatched; but the best thing about this gym is the community. I've never seen a group of people so welcoming and supportive of one another. Whether you are a long time member or just dropping in for a class, PR Star is an amazing experience.

I’ve been at PR for 2 years and love everything about it. The facility is clean! Floors washed and bathrooms cleaned regularly. The programming and Coaches are amazing. The community is supportive and I can honestly say crosssfit is for everyone. There are fun team challenges and friendly competitions to foster community as well. Lots of options to work out too between classes and open gym! Come give us a try!
I have been going to PR Star for just over a year now. I have been doing CrossFit for over 7 years and 5 of those years were at my gym back on Long Island. It took me a year to find a gym that compared to my gym back home. PR Star was it! Amazing staff and tough, fun workouts. Love it here!
